PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can proceed to pay for your order using different payment methods, the price of the products represents the final price including any applicable taxes or duties.

THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED:

We accept cards of the major international circuits and prepaid cards and rechargeable enabled online purchases: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY using the services of Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

  • PAYPAL

You can pay via PayPal, at the time of payment just select the option and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to complete the order safely.

 

  • AMAZON PAY

Amazon Pay is Amazon's secure payment service. To use this payment method you must have an active Amazon account. If you do not have an Amazon account simply create one directly on the Amazon website. Selecting the Amazon Pay payment method will redirect you to an Amazon page from where you can conveniently pay using the payment method set up in your Amazon account.   • SATISPAY

On our site you can also pay with Satispay. Satispay is the app to pay in stores, exchange money with friends, buy services and save money in a smart way. We are among the stores affiliated with Satispay, pay safely and without using your credit card, pay in a few simple taps from your smartphone.

 

  • CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery is only available in the Italian market and must be requested before completing the order or using the appropriate button in the chackout, if additional costs are required, they will be specified from time to time. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, at the time of delivery of the Products it is necessary to have the amount indicated in the purchase order in cash (not being the courier authorized to accept checks and not being able to give money in change). Shipping costs are calculated separately and are visible during the order process and before payment, the shipping cost in Italy is € 5.90 and is charged to the customer up to the amount of € 44.99 (cost of € 7.90 in the rest of Europe) while for orders starting from € 45.00 free shipping is provided. Issuing of invoice is not compulsory, unless requested by the customer at the time of order, as stated  in art. 22 of italian D.P.R. no. 633/72. It is specified that the request from the customer must occur no later than the time of the transaction, and it is not possible to request it at a later time.

In order to pay through one of the payment cards available on the website, the user must enter the confidential data of the payment card directly on a page that will communicate through secure encryption protocol with the provider of the payment service (which will act as independent owner of the treatment), without passing through the server of the owner of the treatment that, therefore, will not treat in any way such data. The data will be acquired in encrypted format.

In compliance of the legal obligations provided for by Directive 2015/2366/ (EU) on payment services in the internal market (PSD2), You are informed that, with reference to purchases made on the website by credit card, among the data necessary for the conclusion of the purchase process may include the cell phone number provided by You, or a different personal data necessary to complete the purchase process. In fact, in order to allow you to complete the purchase, the payment institution in charge of managing the transaction will send you an authentication code, which must be reported by you during the purchase process to meet the authentication criteria provided by PSD2 (Strong Customer Authentication). The processing of your personal data for these purposes has as its legal basis the fulfillment of legal obligations and does not require your consent.

With reference to payment card data, it should be noted that the processing of your personal data is necessary to allow the conclusion of the online purchase contract with the Data Controller. Failure to provide this data, therefore, will not allow you to complete the online purchase process.
