1) How do I place an order?
Ordering is extremely simple:
- view website and the products section;
- choose products and put them in the virtual cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart";
- once the items have been chosen, press the button at the top of the page with cart symbol;
- login with your details or register your account if you are a new customer or proceed to enter the shipping, billing and payment details without registering;
2) How can I use a discount code?
In case of purchase with smartphone or tablet, to use a discount code in your possession (therefore a discount that has not already been applied to the list price), you must continue to the "Cart", then click on "Show order summary" and finally enter in the "Gift card or discount code" field.
3) Do I need to be registered to place an order?
On Robifil.com it is not necessary to be registered to order. But you can still create a personal account: registration is simple, fast and secure. You can manage your account and shipping addresses, and view your orders in a simple and immediate way.
4) Is there a minimum order?
It is not necessary to reach any spending threshold in order to conclude a purchase. You can order just one product!
5) Where are the products of the Robifil line produced?
Our beauty treatments are all designed and produced in Italy.
6) Which are the guarantees on Robifil products?
Our production fulfills all the legal obligations required by the Ministry of Health and complies with the Italian and European cosmetic production standards.
7) Can your products also be used in case of dermatitis or medical conditions?
In case of particular health conditions such as allergies or intolerances it is always advisable to consult your doctor, checking with him if all the ingredients of the products you wish to use are suitable for your specific case. All the ingredients of our products are available online in the product sheet of each item as well as on the packaging.
8) What is Robifil's policy regarding animal testing?
Robifil has never performed or commissioned any animal testing to third parties.
9) Can I track my shipment?
Yes, it is possible to track the shipment, where the package is and when delivery is expected. The information about the online tracking is sent via email.
10) How can I pay?
